Lorinne, has been a certified Zumba instructor since Aug 2011 and loves teaching. When she first found Zumba in 2007, it was transformative, not just as a physical practice but as a personal practice that left her feeling strong, sexy, happy and alive. This is what inspired her to begin leading her own Zumba classes, calling them “ZumbaMamis”.  

 

As a longtime ACE-certified personal trainer she makes sure all moves are effective and safe, as well as fun and energizing using a fantastic selection of music with a variety of rhythms. 

 

The hour includes a warm up, great interval training, a good cool down, and ends with a genuine head to toe stretch that will leave you totally blissed out.
