Massage Therapy

A hands-on technique using various pressures, movements, and methods to  manipulate the body's soft tissues. It aims to alleviate muscle tension,  reduce stress, and improve general wellness. Commonly used for  relaxation, pain relief, and aiding injury recovery.

Biomagnetic Therapy

A holistic therapy using magnets placed on specific parts of the body to  balance its electromagnetic field. Practitioners believe it can help  relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and promote healing, although  clinical evidence is limited.

Core Myofascial Release

A type of bodywork targeting the fascia, the connective tissue  surrounding muscles. Through sustained pressure and stretching, it helps  release restrictions, ease pain, and improve movement.

CranioSacral Therapy

A gentle, hands-on approach that evaluates and enhances the craniosacral  system—comprised of the membranes and fluid that surround the brain and  spinal cord. Therapists use light touch to release restrictions and  relieve pain or dysfunction.

Cupping Therapy

An ancient technique where special cups are placed on the skin to create  suction. This increases blood flow, reduces inflammation, and can ease  pain or promote relaxation by lifting tissues and drawing toxins toward  the skin’s surface.

Custom Massage

A session tailored to the client’s individual needs, combining various  massage modalities and techniques to address specific concerns and  provide overall relaxation and relief.

Deep Tissue Massage

A massage technique using firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper  layers of muscle and fascia. It’s effective for chronic aches, pain,  and tension.

Myofascial Release

A hands-on technique applying gentle, sustained pressure to the  myofascial connective tissue to eliminate pain and restore motion.

Pregnancy Massage

A gentle massage adapted for the needs of pregnant individuals. This  modality soothes discomfort, promotes relaxation, and eases muscular  tension often experienced during pregnancy.

Rolfing, Rolf Movement

A method of deep tissue manipulation and education in movement aimed at  improving posture and structural alignment. It seeks to release tension  and improve movement by realigning the body within gravity.

Somatic Massage

A massage style that integrates awareness of bodily sensations with  touch, helping clients tune into their body’s signals to promote  emotional and physical healing, stress reduction, and improved body-mind  connection.

Sound Healing with Tuning Forks

This therapy uses calibrated metal tuning forks that produce specific  frequencies, applied to or near the body. The sound vibrations are  intended to stimulate healing, relieve pain, and promote deep  relaxation.

Sound Healing Therapy

A practice using sound vibrations from instruments or the human voice to  promote relaxation and healing. The vibrations are believed to  rebalance the body’s energies, reduce stress, and aid overall wellbeing.

Spacial Somatic Art of Yielding

A somatic practice focusing on gentle movement, awareness, and yielding  to gravity as a way of releasing tension and improving holistic balance.  Often includes mindful, slow movements and subtle shifting of weight.

Sports and Therapeutic Massage

A focused massage modality tailored for athletes or physically active  individuals. It aims to prevent or treat injuries, improve performance,  and support recovery by targeting muscle groups affected by sport or  exercise.

Table Thai

A Western adaptation of traditional Thai massage performed on a massage  table. It incorporates stretches, pressure point work, and rhythmic  massage to enhance flexibility and relieve tension.

Therapeutic and Relaxation Massage Therapy

Combines techniques of both targeted therapeutic and gentle relaxation  massage. It addresses specific discomforts while promoting overall  relaxation and stress relief.

Therapeutic Bodywork

A collective term for various hands-on techniques—including massage,  structural work, or movement therapies—intended to relieve pain, reduce  stress, and improve body function by working on muscles and tissues.

TMJ Therapy

Specialized treatment targeting the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), which  connects the jaw to the skull. Techniques may include massage, jaw  exercises, and stretches to relieve jaw pain, headaches, and dysfunction  associated with TMJ disorders.

Dyslexia Services

Educational interventions and therapies designed to assist people with  dyslexia in developing reading, writing, and comprehension skills.  Techniques are tailored to individual learning needs, supporting  academic and daily life success

Foreign Languages & (ESOL)

Instruction and support services for learning additional languages,  including English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL). Focuses on  developing speaking, reading, and writing skills for better  communication and integration.

Maternal Mental Health Counseling

Maternal mental health counseling supports parents during pregnancy and after birth, addressing depression, anxiety, overwhelm, loss, and identity shifts. It offers a safe space to process feelings, build coping skills, strengthen support, and improve bonding with baby, often coordinating care with medical providers when needed.
