Active Isolated Stretching
A stretching technique that targets specific muscles using short, controlled movements held for about 1–2 seconds. Often assisted by a practitioner or tools like straps, AIS improves flexibility, circulation, and range of motion, and is commonly used in rehabilitation and athletic training.

A low-impact exercise system that strengthens the core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility and body awareness. It emphasizes controlled movements, alignment, and breath coordination, often performed on a mat or specialized equipment.
Postnatal Yoga
A yoga practice tailored for individuals recovering after childbirth. It helps rebuild core strength, improve posture, and support emotional wellbeing while accommodating the body’s healing process.
