Healing Light Meditations Class
2nd & 4th Wednesdays, 7pm - 8pm
Come experience the powerful combination of high vibrational healing light and reprogramming of your subconscious mind to a vision of perfect health.
You may target specific physical and emotional problems, or simply bathe in high vibrational light and the bliss it induces.
These meditations are inspired by the work of Joe Dispenza and Adam McCleod, who have both documented numerous cases of healings from significant health problems using focused meditations and the power of the mind. These will be guided meditations, directed towards:

Emotional Health Problems
Overall Stress Reduction
I will also do some group energy healing work. All are welcome, bring a friend! Chairs, back jacks and yoga mats are available.
