About Linda's Kundalini Yoga Class:
Kundalini Yoga is the householders yoga. It builds strength, endurance, and flexibility; the yoga of awareness, quietening the mind, and the mother of all yoga's. Kundalini Yoga focuses on the glandular secretions in the body, primarily the pituitary gland. It also focuses on digestion and elimination. We do all five components of the Ancient Sikh Yoga: tuning in with mantras, pranayama, kriya (set of exercises), deep relaxation with gong bath, meditation, and closing. This class is taught on a beginner / intermediate level.
Linda is a certified Kundalini instructor through KRI and has been teaching for ten years.
About Linda's EZ Ladies Yoga Class:
EZ Ladies Yoga is a fun, supportive, and super easy ladies class. It is perfect for women who want to work on their flexibility, strength, balance, and breathing. A slow and easy pace, taking breaks for laughing, crying, and all around connection. Students may opt to use a chair instead of a floor mat. Class usually lasts until 1:15, and going out to lunch with the ladies after is optional, but encouraged.
Linda has been teaching EZ Ladies Yoga since April of 2015.
