Kristan Black, BS, LMT, MA#57568

Kristan is a licensed massage therapist with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University in 2006. She studied massage at CORE Institute of Massage and Bodywork in Tallahassee and graduated in spring of 2009. Kristan is currently certified in Sports Massage and CORE Myofascial Therapy but is building her practice focusing mainly on Swedish Relaxation Massage. She believes that this "healthful relaxation" is key in maintaining an overall healthy body and mind. When Kristan isn't working in her office at Abundance Wellness Center, she has a full time job as a legal secretary and enjoys gardening, kayaking and time with friends.
